Coronavirus Update from Luss Estates

During the current coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we remain fully operational, however your safety and the safety of our staff is our primary concern. We follow government recommendations closely, and with the constant changes in government advice around the pandemic, we will keep our customers updated on COVID-19 guidelines.

With regards to our hospitality businesses, we are asking the following of our customers:

  • If you have been in close contact with someone infected with coronavirus,

  • If you have been asked to self-isolate,

  • If you have been to any of the following countries in the last 14 days: China, Iran, South Korea, Italy, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Japan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam,

  • If you have a dry cough, raised temperature or symptoms of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) however mild or flu-like symptoms,

Then please do not come to any of our businesses, including the Loch Lomond Arms, Luss General Store, Loch Lomond Faerie Trail, Inverbeg Holiday Park and Luss Campsite.

Please call NHS 111 if your symptoms worsen.

If you are coming to one of our businesses;

  • Please try to maintain social distancing in the communal areas.

  • Please wash your hands on entering, or use the provided hand sanitiser.

  • Should you need to cough or sneeze, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue, or your sleeve if you don’t have a tissue, and throw away the tissue immediately. Then wash your hands or use a hand sanitising gel.

  • Place all tissues and cups in the bins provided.
