Celebrating 70 Years of Combined Service at Luss Estates Company

On Friday, 10th January 2025, Sir Malcolm, and Lady Colquhoun honoured the exceptional dedication of several long serving employees with a combined 70 years of Service.

Sir Malcolm said, "We are incredibly fortunate to have such a skilled team working at Luss Estates Company. We are a family-run business, and without the loyalty and skills of our team, we wouldn’t be able to do what we do. I thank each each and and every one of you for your dedication over so many years". Sir Malcolm continued, "We host our long service awards every year and each time I am reminded of the invaluable role each member of our team has played in shaping the Estate’s continued growth and achievements".

Five members of the Estate team were celebrated for a combined total of 70 years of service at Luss Estates Company. Michelle Bilsland, Deputy Manager of Inverbeg Holiday Park, was recognised for an incredible 20 years with the estate. Patrick Colquhoun, Director of Luss Estates Company, and Valerie Jones, General Manager of Inverbeg Holiday Park, were both acknowledged for their impressive 15 years of service. Graham Jones, Grounds & Maintenance Manager at Inverbeg Holiday Park, and Danielle Bain, Accountant at the Loch Lomond Arms Hotel, also marked their 10-year milestones.

The afternoon was a heartfelt celebration of their hard work, loyalty, and contributions to the Estate’s ongoing success.
