The busy kitchen of the Loch Lomond Arms Hotel is recruiting a Chef de Partie. The menu at the Loch Lomond Arms Hotel, developed under the direction of Head Chef Allan McLaughlin, reflects the wonderful natural bounty of the Scottish Highlands. Seasonal vegetables, fruit and aromatic herbs are grown in our home garden; black-faced lamb, pheasant and venison are sourced from the surrounding hills; and salmon is fresh from the nearby sea lochs.
The Loch Lomond Arms Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic candidate with a great eye for detail and a passion for fresh, seasonal food. Salary £19,000.
